How long does a coaching session last?
The first Soul Pathway Coaching session takes the form of an intake session to assist the client and coach to establish the issues to be addressed. It generally lasts up to 1 hour 30 mins. Subsequent sessions last 60 mins. Back to the top
How often will I need a coaching session?
The frequency of Soul Pathway Coaching sessions and duration of the coaching package will vary depending on the coaching package you choose and the plan of action you agree with your Soul Pathway coach. Packages can be tailored to meet your particular circumstances and goals. It is generally recommended that sessions take place on a weekly or fortnightly basis in order to keep you on track and motivated, and give you time to achieve the actions you set for yourself. What are your coaching packages?
Soul Pathway Coaching offers one-to-one coaching sessions of an hour long on a weekly, fortnightly or three-weekly basis with e-mail support between sessions. Clients are offered the opportunity to have 'homework' between sessions to accelerate their experience of coaching and progress. Soul Pathway Coaching offers packages of 6, 8 or 12 sessions as standard, depending on how intensively clients wish to look at their lives. Tailor-made packages can also be arranged. It is generally thought that a package of 8 sessions is optimal for significant change to be achieved by clients. Please contact Soul Pathway Coaching to discuss your particular needs. How is a coaching session conducted?
Coaching sessions can be held as a face-to-face meeting or by phone, or a combination of the two. Back to the top
What is your payment and charging policy?
Payment for coaching packages is required in full, or on a monthly basis, in advance by BACS, cheque or standing order. Soul Pathway Coaching also accepts payment by debit or credit card via PayPal.
