What can coaching do for you?

   What is coaching?

Professional Coaching is a supportive partnership that helps you to achieve greater fulfilment in your personal or working life. Through the process of coaching, you will deepen your self-awareness and gain a better understanding of your motivations. By following your dreams and allowing yourself to become more of who you truly are, you will feel happier, more empowered and the quality of your life will be enhanced - all because you have made it possible. Hanna, your Soul Pathway Coach takes a holistic view of coaching. She will guide you and gently challenge you on a journey of self discovery and assist you to design your new future, whilst helping you to ensure that all parts of your life are in alignment and balance. You are the expert on your own life, your answers lie inside you, but in many people they are unconscious. By means of specially designed coaching tools and exercises and in a guided process of questioning, Hanna will help you to release your blocks, stop procrastinating, access your inner wisdom, be the best possible you and realise your dreams. And because your true motivations lie within, too, you will find you are able to inspire yourself and access energy and focus you didn't know you had!

The benefits of coaching

Coaching takes place at your own pace and you chose what you want to explore, whether it is your relationships, your health, your career, or your soul's purpose. It helps you make decisions about your life, and your coach will support and encourage you whilst you start to take the necessary changes to improve your life and make your dreams come true - step by step.

Coaching

  • enables you to find clarity in any situation where you currently feel unsure about what you really want or the next best step to take;
  • helps you to access your innate wisdom and decision-making state of mind, so that you can really trust your own choices and move forward confidently;
  • assists you to break down the pathway to change and success into manageable chunks;
  • and it helps you to map your experiences and achievements, so that you can really see how far you have come.

How is coaching different from other kinds of support?

The key difference between coaching and therapy or mentoring is that your coach does not advise you or tell you what to do. You are best qualified to know what the right answer is in any given situation in your life. Your coach will help you to access this wisdom inside yourself. You may well be very surprised and greatly relieved when you find your own answers. Moving away from unhappiness, frustration and discomfort, or out of your comfort zone, as a result of your own actions will feel very empowering and fulfilling. There will be the space and time to talk about your issues during your coaching sessions, but coaching goes one step further and aims to get you to make changes and act to improve your life in a way that is perfect for you and your circumstances. You may want to do this within a workshop setting and benefit from the support of other people in a similar situation as you and all the ideas that spring up in group discussions. Perhaps you would prefer one-to-one coaching and have the undivided attention of your coach as you look very specifically at your own situation. This is the ideal route if you wish to move quickly and have a set deadline in mind or just want to resolve things faster. Choose from coaching sessions on a weekly basis, or have more time to think and plan (and act) and select fortnightly or three-weekly sessions. It is up to you.

How coaching works

Full-day coaching workshops run from 10.00am to 5.00pm roughly on a monthly basis on Saturdays (please check for here dates available) and are held on Boars Hill with its lovely wooded landscape and views over Oxford.

One-to-one coaching sessions generally last for 1 hour, although a first introductory session is likely to run to an hour and a half. Coaching takes place over the phone, or if you prefer, face-to-face in Oxfordshire. Between sessions Hanna, your coach, offers you 'homework' with feedback by e-mail so that you can deepen your experience of the coaching process and really move your life forward. Ideally, attending the full series of workshops or booking one-to-one coaching sessions in a block - of 6, 8 or 12 sessions - is recommended, so that you can build up momentum, feed into your thought processes what you experience along the way and have the benefit of support as you take action. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact Hanna.

"Hanna's workshops have been a revelation! She immediately put us at ease and there was none of the usual workshop shyness and dread of the 'introduction circle'. I had been really struggling to identify my life purpose, let alone bring it to fruition. By the end of the first class we had accessed inner knowledge and resourcefulness that surprised us all. Having such a diverse and lovely group of people with whom to share the journey gave us all support and encouragement. Hanna is a highly skilled facilitator and a warm and empathetic person to work with. I now have the tools and skills to tackle all sorts of projects in my life, as well as having achieved the goals I set during the workshops."
